Welcome to our Loyalty & Gift Card Program FAQ! Here you’ll find answers to common questions about our loyalty program, gift cards, and the transition from our mobile app to the new online loyalty link on our websites.
What recently changed with the loyalty program?We are transitioning from our mobile app to a new loyalty link available on our websites: medurebrothers.com, restaurantmedure.com, and midtowntable.com. The mobile app is no longer available for download, and new members should use the loyalty link to manage their account. Existing app users can continue using the app until it is eventually discontinued. Enroll in the program or sign in to your account with the links above.
At what concepts can I earn and redeem loyalty points?Currently, you can earn and redeem points at:
- Matthew’s
- Midtown Table
- Restaurant Medure
- M Brothers at Mayo
How do I earn points in the restaurants?Earning points at our restaurants is easy! Here are a few ways you can do so:
- Use Your M Card: Simply provide your server with your physical M Card before you pay your bill.
- Log into Your Account on your Mobile Device: If you prefer using your mobile device, visit medurebrothers.com and log into your account. Select “Loyalty,” then sign in. Under the “Points” tab, you can share your 9-digit code with your server to earn points.
- Add Digital M Card to Your Mobile Wallet: For even more convenience, follow the steps in option 2 and select “Add to Mobile Wallet” to keep your loyalty card easily accessible on your device for future visits.
How can I access my loyalty account now?You can access your loyalty account by logging in through our websites using the same credentials you used for the Medure Brother Culinary Concepts app. Visit medurebrothers.com, restaurantmedure.com, matthewsrestaurant.com or midtowntable.com and head to the loyalty tab to log in.
What can I do on the loyalty link on these sites?The loyalty link allows you to:
- Reserve a table
- Check your points balance
- Buy and send eGift cards
- Check physical gift card balances
- Link physical loyalty cards to your account
- View your transaction history
- Update your personal information (phone number, email, birth date)
Can I still use my physical loyalty card?
Yes, you can still use your physical loyalty card. However, you can also add your digital loyalty card to your Apple or Google Wallet via the loyalty link for convenience.
How do I register a physical loyalty card to my account?If you already have a loyalty account:
- Sign in to your account through the loyalty link on our websites.
- Go to the "Prepaid/M Card" tab and select "Add New Loyalty Card".
- Enter the 16-digit card number and the PIN on the back of your physical loyalty card.
Your card is now linked to your account. Simply present your loyalty card when you dine at our participating concepts to earn points!
If you don’t have a loyalty account:
- Create a new account through the loyalty link on our websites.
- Follow the same steps as above to register your physical loyalty card.
How do I earn points?You earn 1 point per dollar spent on food and beverage (excluding tax and tip). Points are accumulated with each eligible purchase.
What are the rewards for earning points?• 400 Points: Receive $20 cash back on your loyalty account, redeemable at Matthew’s, Restaurant Medure, Midtown Table, or M Brothers at Mayo.
• 200-Point Bonus: Get a 200-point bonus during your birthday month.
Note: Points must be converted to cash back in person at one of our restaurants. If the 200-point bonus pushes you over 400 points, you may need to visit a restaurant for the points to convert to cash back.
What should I do if I received a physical gift card and want to register it to earn loyalty?Gift cards also function as loyalty cards. You should:
- Register the gift card online via the loyalty link to start earning loyalty points.
- When purchasing a gift card in-restaurant, inform the recipient that it can be used for earning points as well.
What should I do if I have issues with my loyalty account or points?For any issues with your loyalty account, points, or gift cards, please contact marketing@mhospitalityfl.com. We’re here to help resolve any concerns you may have.
How do I update my personal information?You can update your personal information (phone number, email, birth date) through the Profile tab on our loyalty link on our websites.
Will the mobile app still be available for download?No, the mobile app is no longer available for download from the Google Play or Apple App Store. Existing users can continue to use the app until it is discontinued, but we should be directing existing app users to the loyalty link on our websites as it is more functional.
Can gift cards be used as loyalty cards?Yes! Gift cards can be used as loyalty cards, whether you have an existing account or not. If you already have a loyalty account, you can add a physical card by signing in. If you’re new, you can enroll using the links provided above.
Where can I use my gift card?Gift cards are valid at participating locations only, which include:
- Matthew’s
- Midtown Table
- Restaurant Medure
- M Brothers at Mayo
How can I purchase an eGift card?You can purchase eGift cards through the gift card link on medurebrothers.com. They can be conveniently sent via email.
